These prices apply to service agreement holders.
Labour Rate : £ 42.75 per manhour
This rate is chargeable for the total time
committed to your job. It is applied to the time on site and the travel
time to and from the site. The standard rate applies to Monday to
Friday, 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. only. 5.30 p.m. to 12 midnight and 7.30 a.m.
to 9 a.m. is "time and a half", as is Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m..
Bank Holidays, Sundays and from 12 midnight to 7.30 any day is "double
time". Mileage
Rate : 48 p per mile
Mileage rate applied to total mileage
covered on your job, i.e. the distance from our offices to your site and
back. Parts
